Warehouse at district level with integrated warehousing software that reflects the stock-status in real-time. The warehousing software can connect the storages across the country or state depending on legalities. This software can then act as input to a website where warehouse authority transparently auction off the produce. Buyers will have visibility at all times on the available stock. Warehouse authority gets commission on the sale. Farmer gets best price.

depending on predictions of rainfall, seasonal temperature in that year, which fertilizers need to be used and what is the optimum level of usage. The Panchayat informatics center will also provide data on market price of their produces on a real time basis, with names of buyers. Farmers need to have simple mobile applications, in local languages, with summary snapshots of all information on weather (rain/ thunderstorm/ heat wave), prices for their produces (best prices, location, name of buyer)
