Every Village should have a Agril. Center where all real time information and technology can be transferred. The technology centers can be established with the sponsored companies for particular village. They may have advertisement and the government's work can also be done.

i think every state has more than 100 no of engineering colleges & other graduation colleges where students are more capable to give computer knowledge..it may be a good idea to engage student & faculty to go near to farmers and make them understand the technology..then they can directly attach to agriculture department for farming knowldge..provided agriculter department should have a portal in local language.....

Presently we have many mobile applications which provide global information. Try to deliver internet services to each farmer of the village on low cost. Later on a training could be given to them for handling the application.

The government provide the service of kisan call center for the farmer and the advertisement of the service is also available in all state's local channel. But the problem is the farmer does not take it seriously. Start some TV channel that guide the farmer for the agriculture and give the information on Modern agriculture techniques to the farmers.the channel is also give the latest price to the farmer that will help him to get the proper price of their product.
