1) like china we have to provide advance agriculture equibments to farmer in low cost or in installment payment
2) providing bsnl internet facility in rular area free that cause they can use it for gaining info about advance technology and seed.
3) by providing minimum 16 hrs electricy to water pumps
3) Make compulsary Thibak sinchan to all former and provide central subsidy on it it will save water also.
4)Provide one krashi sallagar to every grampanchayat that cause farmer will ask problems
