the body which should replace planning commission, may be name as -- citizen government participation commission. it will comprise of PM and 29 CMs. It will be supported by 640 district level planning and monitoring committee with constitutional status. In these district level committees, the MP and MLA of the area will control the local planning and participation. They will take the help of all retired and serving government employees for monitoring of all central and state activities.

Dear Sir, Thank you for giving us opportunity to help Indian Government in designing a new platform on basis of planning commission, I have given few of my thoughts below Name of said platform can be – INDIA IMPROVEMENT FORUM (IIF) 1. This team can be of 9 noble individuals from different fields like NAVARATNA! 2. Infrastructure and poverty deduction should be on top priority of said forum. Infrastructure will help controlling pollution related problems and poverty deduction will help to grow people’s awareness towards ability of improved lifestyle. We need to concentrate on more planned cities 3. Corruption removal can also be of the important agenda of said forum along with bringing black money back in country and utilize same for people goodwill 4. In most of the cases, it is observed that tax payers are always unhappy as they don’t get anything back from government ( e.g – good services , good facilities, few benefits in kids’ education or so ) , some thought should be given on same by this forum 5. Utilization of water is also a major concern; we are facing two extreme situations in country as of now. It is heavy flood in few parts of country and drought in some parts. If we are able to link few rivers and utilize said water across country that will also help! 6. Indian Border security is another concern , if we are able to fix problems on boarder in single way out, we will be able to concentrate on development of said area with help of tourism and other ancillary industries ( am talking about Kashmir and northeast states ) 7. The above mentioned team should be able to take inputs from states on time to time basis and should include state specific concerns in main plan for INDIA IMPROVEMENT 8. Having a huge population, we are still very poor in sports and major push should be given to sports related activities and politics from sports should be removed 9. Our Mr Prime minister rightly wanted to have SABKA SATHA FOR INDIA VIKAS , individuals like us should be nominated / involved in all various schemes for INDIA IMPROVEMENT Thank you once again for this great opportunity and we all are waiting for your feedback on our inputs!
