Digital content uploaded by citizens on social media websites, government websites, etc. include text, photos, documents, etc. Such content requires filtering before it can be stored in databases or published online for public viewing. This filtering includes scanning for inappropriate content like potentially communal or politically sensitive statements, pornography, etc.

MyGov proposes to integrate such tools managing the content on the platform. Suggestions are invited regarding the best currently available software that can be used by MyGov for rule based online content filtering. The suggestions should include complete name of the software, details of the software, vendor and the relative merits of the tool vis-à-vis other such tools. The inputs can be provided in text, .doc or .pdf format.

It is really tough job to filter all the net contents. Apart from doing that one another way to check it is suggested here: All the Internet service providers should be forced to follow norm based rules. Every user would be allowed to access network through a password protected account only; just like goggle account which would be accessible through OTP. Or only safe surfing should be allowed by provider in general, and OTP would be required when all the contents are to be watched

I don't find any available tools for all the rule. But definitely we can build such framework. For images, we can use nude.js file.
