Digital content uploaded by citizens on social media websites, government websites, etc. include text, photos, documents, etc. Such content requires filtering before it can be stored in databases or published online for public viewing. This filtering includes scanning for inappropriate content like potentially communal or politically sensitive statements, pornography, etc.

MyGov proposes to integrate such tools managing the content on the platform. Suggestions are invited regarding the best currently available software that can be used by MyGov for rule based online content filtering. The suggestions should include complete name of the software, details of the software, vendor and the relative merits of the tool vis-à-vis other such tools. The inputs can be provided in text, .doc or .pdf format.

Kofax Capture Comes with Intelligent Character Recognition , it can read through the images which has been uploaded and check against the text which is not good to be uploaded . If there is some stuff which is not good to be upload after checking it against the restricted words and thus fail the document form loading and creating a work item to be reviewed by Web site admin . I think this should be vary helpful.

we can easily filter all this kind of sensitive posts made by public by a particular MULTI-CRITERIA DECISION MAKING ALGORITHM....if suppose if there is any issue a particular personnel incharge will scrutinize it.

online website must be you block some keywords then after be filter so its first add all analysis data as like that to filter first time then after that type of filter and auto block not viewing public ....... not a particular software because then be use third party software its not be safe for website user data so ... must be use open source software source code and customize it and add with this website then be work well

There exists proprietary software developed by M/S Excys Inc. EXCYS CORVID which allows for rule based content development as well as filtering where conventional coding is not required.
