The Ministry of Finance is proposing a national initiative to provide all households in the country with banking services, with particular focus to empower the weaker sections of society, including women, small and marginal farmers and labourers, both urban and rural.

This task seeks inputs to design a Logo, name and tag line for the Finance Ministry's initiative. The last date of submision is 7th August 2014. The winning entry will be awarded a cash prize of Rs. 50,000.

Name: वित्य स्वातंत्र्य Tag Line: Paisa na rahe bandhan, har ghar mein aarthik prabandhan LogoDefinition: Right green hand is bigger in size which shows the hand of a financially stronger person whereas Left Orange hand shows the hand of a financially weaker person. The sloped line combines to form the roof of a house which shows that each family whether financially weak or strong will be able to fulfil his dreams with independence(वित्य स्वातंत्र्य) with own money(indicated by Rupee symbol)

Name: Mission Chata Punchline: common financial shadow for all The title 'Mission Chata' means mission umbrella. The theme umbrella is used in the sense that financial inclusion acts as a common umbrella for all Indians. It gives a common shadow for every Indian through finance. The Saffron mixed with Orange color denotes the shining India. The green grass denotes the prosperity achieved through this mission. Andaman&Nicobar Islands are also included in the map.
