The Ministry of Finance is proposing a national initiative to provide all households in the country with banking services, with particular focus to empower the weaker sections of society, including women, small and marginal farmers and labourers, both urban and rural.

This task seeks inputs to design a Logo, name and tag line for the Finance Ministry's initiative. The last date of submision is 7th August 2014. The winning entry will be awarded a cash prize of Rs. 50,000.

Title "सम्वित्त" Samvitta tag line "सम वित्त सम अधिकार" "Even Finance Even Right" The two figures on left and right are citizens of india be it the kisaan or a majdoor or a neta , i.e everyone. The are both on the same platform when given this opportunity of even finance facilities, and as well as respect. every citizen will be on the same ground to produce growth and development, which are the two flames depicted in the logo.

Financial Inclusion aims to introduce banking services in unbanked areas. Banking services will not only provide easy and safe credit to the needy but also ensure savings. This logo depicts the coming together of two Indias, the underdeveloped and unbanked Bharat with the developed India by means of the government’s ‘Vittiya Samavesh Yojna’. It symbolises the need to develop the weaker and needy sections of society for overall economic development.
