The Ministry of Finance is proposing a national initiative to provide all households in the country with banking services, with particular focus to empower the weaker sections of society, including women, small and marginal farmers and labourers, both urban and rural.

This task seeks inputs to design a Logo, name and tag line for the Finance Ministry's initiative. The last date of submision is 7th August 2014. The winning entry will be awarded a cash prize of Rs. 50,000.

name: National Banking Initiative tag line: Sarv Samavesh Unnati. logo: The logo development takes into account the government’s efforts to bring the rise of the Indian economy to everyone. Financial independence means a lot today - inclusion, opportunity, security, progress. The logo uses these cues to form a graphic that forms a ladder representing growth. The ladder itself is formed by interlocking keys that represent the unlocking of opportunities that comes with a secure future.

Name: 'NAMASTE BANKING' Tagline: VITT-SEVA-VIKAS(MONEY-SERVICE-DEVELOPMENT)---Your money, our service, india's development... Logo represents map of india, also it depicts Namaste mudra in red and green colours, represents national tiranga tri-color, middle blue circle represents money coin, also it represents the wave spreading out from the middle indicating that the banking service is transferring to all in all corners.. there are arrows in all four directions representing access to everyone.

Name: Samavesh. Samavesh stands for inclusion which is the core of this initiative.. Tagline (Hindi): Humara Uddeshya, Aarthik Samavesh. Tagline (English): Our Mision, Financial Inclusion. Logo description: The logo is derived from 'Swastik' which means 'well being'. The four arms represent women, small and marginal farmers, labourers and government, all joining hands in the middle. Thus the concept represents the growth of all by empowering themselves through the initiative.
