Traffic problem causes - 1. driver behaviour; 2. non-enforcement of punishment for breaking letter and spirit of traffic law, & poor roads. Suggest 1. All Drivers be re-tested on theory + practical + Code of Behaviour. Revoke licenses of drivers who fail any of these 3 tests - & send them to Driving School. Reinstate on passing re-test. 2. Train, then Police the police - zero tolerance on bribe-taking & inaction. 3. Start Demerit Points:12 demerits in a year = lose license. 4.Add Driving Schools

I know the importance of fruits (I am a doctor) so for the past two years I am encouraging everyone in India to put fruit plants in the ground around this time -rains. Benefits - eating fruits gives good health, gives shade like nonfruit tree, city can become export hub, easy to grow like banana, papaya, fig, anaar, sitafal, chiku. Little space & maintenance needed. cheap (Rs10/plant). Generations will eat. Can offer fresh fruit the lord daily, Heart & BP benefits. Donate 1000 plants to school.

I have a small thing to share. I came to the USA about 5 years ago with my husband, and an Engineering Bachelor's degree. I came here when the economy was the worst, and was able to get a decent start without an SSN. I realized there maybe so many more Indian women who come here and might not have the money to learn further and still need a job here. Today, I help girls in similar situations, a little push and a small boost in morale - it humbles me by reminding me that I was once there!

30% of India's fresh vegetables and fruits are destroyed due to lack of refrigerated storage and transportation. Suggest a National Produce Preservation Board to establish national network of Cold Storage facilities with Govt. And Private equity. This will help reduce poverty and increase jobs. The Cold chain plan will have a 5-7 years ROI and help farmers get more educated in storing their produces and distributing to the retail markets. I can develop a 100% Indian Plan with no imports. I would like to narrate the successful initiative by a group of Engineers from Kerala which is expected to change the industrial scenario of Kerala. I am sure such similar groups, if formed, can ignite an industrial revolution in India. Please see attachment.
