h) Questions that bothered me Did Hiranandani Foundation School was built only for Hiranandani residents or niche class society people as exceptions? Why is it not mentioned anywhere on their website? When their school has extra seats, why don't they give it to common people like us on first come first serve basis (without political support) or merit basis?

g) ! In the end, the staff refrained from giving admission. The reasons they stated for denying admission was completely unacceptable!

f) . When I visited the Hiranandani Foundation School with a 4-month old belly, one of the staffs glanced at me from top to bottom, giving me a look that said 1000 words that day. Her look was clear enough to state that I and my son can never belong to their lavish community. My heart wrenched, I was angry-upset-weak and was suffering from nausea, yet not a single soul even bothered to offer a glass of water, forget about the admission!

e) Well, this rule/clause can be surpassed if you have local politician support. Yes, it is true. Ethically, I don’t prefer, but somehow I managed and took a reference letter from a renowned politician just for the good sake and safe future for my son. But the reference letter was not enough; they wanted a much stronger referral. I didn’t give up. In spite of being pregnant, I kept following up with the school authorities and tried pleading them in different ways I could.

d) During those days, I heard about Hiranandani Foundation School through my friends and I was eager to get my son join that school. But I came to know that they entertained only those parents who had flat in Hiranandani Estate. I wondered and questioned myself, why on earth do they have such a clause? Does the status matters for a school?

c) . I wanted him to master both education and sports. So I started hunting for schools nearby.

b) This is my struggle I went through while taking an Admission for my 6-year old son. Two years ago, I had one of the worse times in my life trying to find a decent school for my son. At that time, he was already studying in Universal High Thane but they have insufficient amenities like playground for sports activities. Since my son was keen in sports, I wanted him to join a better school that would enhance his skills and abilities, and would give a boost to his outdoor activities.

a) I wanted to speak about the unfair Admission Process of the Schools in India - the way admission process for kids work and the way Indian schools have ‘rich-poor’ categories for admission...

6) Try and also revive ancient sciences like Ayurveda, Astronomy, Astrology, Political science etc through specialized courses in main stream colleges.

5) Try and arrive at a political consensus from all parties as to standardization of teaching materials. Political parties can tamper with history for their ideological convenience, but subject like english language, maths and science should standard across India.
