Digital Locker is one of the key initiatives under the Digital India Programme. A beta version (http://digitallocker.gov.in) of the same has been released on 10th Feb. 2015, by Department of Electronics and Information Technology (DeitY), Govt. of India.

Digital Locker is aimed at minimizing the usage of physical documents and enable sharing of e-documents across agencies. The sharing of the e-documents will be done through registered repositories thereby ensuring the authenticity of the documents online. Residents can also upload their own electronic documents and digitally sign them using the e-sign facility. These digitally signed documents can be shared with Government organizations or other entities.

Key features of the Digital Locker System are:

• 10 MB of free space in digital locker to residents to access their documents through Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) and also securely store e-documents.
• e-sign online service to digitally sign documents

Residents are invited to use the Beta version of the Digital Locker System and provide suggestions and feedback on the same. Suggestions are also invited on the use cases for services which can be additionally provided by the Digital Locker System.

IN ODISHA THE MINING BELT AND INDUSTRY PEOPLE ARE NOT GETTING PROPER SALARY AND BENEFITS WHERE AS THE TOP BOSSES ARE ENJOYING ALL. SO THE GOVT. SHOULD PREPARE A ONLINE REGISTRATION OF ALL INDUSTRY AND MINES SALARY BENEFITS AND LOCAL/DISTRICT EMPLOYMENT ENGAGEMENT. ALSO TO MAKE STRONG RULE FOR DISTRICT/LOCAL EMPLOYMENT (I.E.60-70%), GOOD SALARY PACKAGE, BENEFITS AND DESIGNATION ACCORDING TO THEIR QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE. THOSE WHO VIOLATES CAN BE PUNISHED BY CANCELLATION OF LEASE OR LICENCE.

1.WHY THE GOVT. GIVE 10-15 MINES TO ONE MINE OWNERS FOR WHICH THE MINE OWNER ARE EXPLOITING THE INDUSTRY FOR RAW MATERIALS AND THEIR COSTING ALSO BECOME HIGH. SO PLEASE GIVE ONE MINE TO ONE OWNER ONLY. 2.THE INDUSTRY ARE NOT GIVING 60-70% DISTRICT/LOCAL EMPLOYMENT. WHY THE GOVT. NOT TAKING ACTION AGAINST THEM. PLEASE MAKE ALL MINE AND INDUSTRIAL EMPLOYEES SALARY AND BENEFITS SYSTEM ONLINE TO KEEP TRACK ON INDUSTRY AND MINE OWNER.

THE MINE OWNER OR INDUSTRY WHO PAY LESS SALARY AND BENEFITS ARE PAYING 10-15 TIME MORE SALARY AND ALL BENEFITS TO TOP BOSS ONLY WHERE AS 10-15 TIME LESS SALARY TO THE SUB-ORDINATE OFFICERS AND STAFF. WHY THIS TYPE OF DISCRIMINATION. CAN THE GOVT. TAKE ACTION OR FIX THE SALARY OF MINING AND INDUSTRIAL SECTOR LIKE GOVT. EMPLOYEES AND REVISED TIME TO TIME ACCORDING TO THE CHANGE OF PRICE IN THE MARKET.

MODI JEE, IN INDIA EACH AND EVERY SECTOR THERE IS UNION WHO FIGHT FOR INCREASE OF SALARY OF EMPLOYEES TIME TO TIME . BUT IN MINE AND INDUSTRIAL SECTOR BASICALLY IN ODISHA THERE IS NOT TALLY IN SALARY AND BENEFITS OF EMPLOYEES. GOVT. ALSO NOT TAKING ANY ACTION IN THIS MATTER. AS IN MINING SECTOR EVERY BODY SELLING IRON ORE OR FINISH PRODUCT OVERALL THE PRICE ARE ALSO SAME. BUT IN SOME MINING AND INDUSTRIAL COMPANY THE STAFF AND OFFICERS ARE GETTING LESS THEN MINIMUM WAGE WITH NO BENEFITS. WHY.

india should have simple central sale tax system from one state to another , all states should come online and disclose the date the data to another state for Tax submision and cases so that seller should not pay the penalty of not submitting the c forms

Aadhar Cards issuance is a horribly slow process which needs to be speeded up the initiative taken for booking the space in certain aadhar centers is not working as the population is large and the aadhar centres are far less in No. .Why cant Aadhar cards be issued at every Municipal office / Post Office / Police Stations or BIG Railway stations. There should not be any problems at these centres as these centres are quite approachable and could be verified immediately.

Sir, please Speed up the Aadhar Seeding in the Banks. they Making the Seeding proses by late. most of the Consumers are worry about that because in oil company the Aadhar Seeded but not in Bank
