Sir, All that specialy abled children require is a milieu, where they can develop specific skills and later hone on those skills for self reliance. Its the duty of society and government to provide some extra facility so that even these individuals develop and pursue their own dreams. If given due motivation and training these indvidual can not only contribute but outscore many normal citizens in development of a prosperous India. Jai Hind

Sir, are we all not part of a whole, it is the duty of government & society to care for those with special needs. The government should act as a facilitator, providing amenities in public spaces. The prime care giver should be registered and medical facilities & tax relief should be provided. All educational institutions, if otherwise eligible, should provide support to special students. Teachers in lower classes should be trained to identify children with needs & tutor them & advise parents.

sir, in cleaning india I suggest that whenever a flyover or bridge is build the concerned authority should built few toilets beneath the flyover or bridge, like that all banks open new ATM outlet should build a toilet side by side ATM . It will cheap and easy going for them as construction is already in process and this much material already with them. thanks

There is already a Person with Disabilities enactment. There are statutory duties mandating construction of buildings for schools, universities, etc. to ease the ingress and egress of physically handicapped persons. The entry doors of the public transport vehicles should also need legally mandatory design guidelines to help these persons especially physically challenged and blind humanbeings.

Sir,There is no work is started by any govt in automobile sector for special vehicles for disabled persons. All modified two wheelers & four wheelers are just as JUGAD those are atltered by local mechanics. Such vehicles do not follow safety norms & engineering standards. There should be a special policy for automobile and automobile part manufacturers. The manufacturers should make such standard controls those can be assembled with standard vehicle & as per the disability demand of buyers.
