Specially abled persons should be treat as normal persons in public so that that treatment should not embarass them.Simple measures like every public building should have wheel chair would help specially abled people to great extent.

All businessmen must go to serve the specially abled in the later's place.Any deficiencies noticed must be punished. He / she must physically go to serve there. Proxy will be allowed if a penalty of 1000/- is paid for therir welfare.

Those who donot serve the disabled for at least 8 hours should not get promotions or free/ subsidised rations. Businessmen must be compelled to get their licence renewed or else they should pay 1% of their income as surcharge.

All able bodied persons should spend some time for the welfare of specially abled persons.All employed persons must spend 24 hour in a year in any old age home or home for disabled. one should stay for three days for eight hours a day to serve them meaningfully.This must be mandatory to be eligible for next increment or in case of unemployed for next year's free ration.

A specially abled person should be taken to nearby school on cotractual basis and assigned a class with primary school students or high school students. The students should be asked to congregate in school field and the specially abled person should be taken to the field in a wheel chair to take a class of his choice. He will feel happy by this.
