The differently-abled ones must be given opportunity to take part in the fields of science, technology, politics, journalism and Indian lost History. A competition only for them should be held and attractive awards such an opportunity to study an IIT OR IISc. should be given.

Compare footpaths in India to those in Australia. We are only good at lip service. Here in Australia, they just call it 'Disabled Access' instead of 'Specially Abled access', but at least provide access; whereas we only talk!

Govt should make sure that handicapped people can get on the road, on wheelchairs etc. Footpaths need to be wheelchair friendly (as in developed/civilised countries). There's no point having handicapped seat in a bus with 3 tall steps, it is a joke (e.g. public or mini buses in Kolkata). This is not question of money, but our attitudes and outlook. See how Western countries have developed facilities for handicapped.

Central Govt should choose 1 to 2 states every year and go for full development at China border, and make a common team of all departments( environment ,road construction, PWD, NHAI ,Defense) for fast approval and use 25000 crores min so these state will be developed and local people do their business locally. currently local people are moving from border areas since no basic infrastructure and facilities are available. Govt should establish tourism/company of all border states to compete with China and feel safe. It is very essential for India security point of view Jai Hind --Rajveer Singh Shakya

State and Central Govt both should respect, support and encorage to honest officers ,as 0.25% are honest available currently. Honest officers are suffering too much no state and govt help and protect them thats why day by day honest officer's count going down and corrupt officers's increased . This is very important and serious matter and state and central govt have to take care very soon. Jai Hind Rajveer Singh Shakya(Vill Dhobai Distt Mainpuri UP)

Social network is a special tool to analyse the social relationships of persons. We can mobilise the social network to meet their need and shape their behaviour. Sociologists and Developmental psychologists who worked on Social net works may be utilised for this purpose. Not only for this for bringing any behavioral change in any group of persons ( deaddiction, juvenile deliquency, aged people)we can use this method of research.

railways provides reservation quota for physically handicapped in sleeper coach only..and even for that the PH must have to go at reservation counter.this is not logical, A fit person gets reservation online and disabled can not get online ticket,. and 2nd is, there must be 2 seats reserved for PH in 3rd AC and 2nd AC in each train , railway can allot them to someone else if a disabled does not book them.

the first thing that a govt can do for PH person is to not to tax them for their medical expanses on rehabilitation in case of severe disability, ( currently the limit of rebate is rs 1 lac) what if a disabled spend more on rehabilitation care ..does he/she not deserve a better life and though through his own hard-earned money. the status of govt. facilities for disabled are very well known..no city in india is wheel chair friendly. this is almost a punishment to have disability in this country
