Sir, the recent events of child rape and increasing rates of cruelty towards the fairer sex is alarming.I feel it is due to our lenient judicial systems.Some say in our constitution rules are written and are followed by pages where 'how to break the rules 'are also written.Why not social justice systems are given some chances to solve some of the cases where the cases affecting the very culture of our nation can be solved.Ethics must be taught at all levels

OUR LEGAL SYSTEM IS VERY WEAK AND LEGAL CASES ARE PROLONGED FOR THE BENEFIT OF LAWYERS. WE NEED A STRONG LEGAL SYSTEM, WHICH CAN DELIVER JUDGEMENT WITHIN SIX MONTHS. THIS WILL DETER PEOPLE FROM DOING WRONG. ANY LEGAL CASE REGISTERED IN ANY COURT SHOULD CLEAR THE CASE WITHIN THE STIPULATED TIME OF SIX MONTHS. ALL COURT VACATION SHOULD BE CANCELLED AND COURT SHOULD FUNCTION ON A REGULAR BASIS AND SHOULD COME UNDER ESSENTIAL SERVICES.

Hello PM sir, The recent rape incidents on small children at schools in Bangalore in last 3 months is quite alarming and dangerous. Can't we have tight and quick justice around Child sex abuse? The people committing this crime should be hanged to send a message. Pls do something sir regarding this. Ashok.

लडकियो के साथ भेदभाव व भ्रुण हत्या पर रोक के लिये जरुरी है कि माता पिता की मानसिकता के बदलाव लाया जावे। इसके लिये सरकार बहुत सी योजनाये लाती रही है, लेकिन वे ना काफी रही है। सरकार को लडकियो को समान अधिकार मिले इसके लिये, आबादी के अनुपात मे विधान सभाओ व लोक सभा मे आरक्षण देना चाहिये। दुसरा प्रयास जो सरकार की तरफ से हो वह यह है कि बालिकाओ की सम्पुर्ण शिक्षा निशुल्क होनी चाहिये, तथा बालिकाओ ने शिक्षा के लिये कोई ऋण लिया हो वह माफ होना चाहिये। इस प्रकार के प्रयासो से लोंगो की सोच मे बदलाव आयेगा।

लडकी के साथ पैदा होने के साथ ही भेदभाव चालु हो जाता है। जन्मते ही खुसी नही मना कर प्रसुता पर तानकसी कि तुने तो बैटी पैदा की है। बैटा होने के समय जो देखभाल प्रसुता की होती है वह बैटी पैदा होने पर नही की जाती। पढाई मे भेदभाव कहा जाता है इसे कोनसी नोकरी करनी है? इसे तो पराये घर जाना है। लडका घर देरी से आये तो कोई पुछताछ नही लडकी को देर हो जावे तो कई सवाल व अविश्वास। समाज कई कारण है, जिसके कारण बैटी का पैदा होना अभिशाप माना जाता है।कानुन बहुत है लेकिन पालना नही होती। दहेज प्रथा पर कडाई से रोक लगे।

I think Government must enact the hard rules for Beti Bachao Beti Padhao. The every Indian couple must Beget a Girl as a Child. And couple must be encourged by Government with monetary help.
