In our country it is really tragedy that the value of women, girl or just say lady is very bad. Either in metro or small villages women is only used for work, hard work and no respect in social. 50% litrate are still men leading family and no value of house wife. Even working girls, ladies are not being respected at all. They are just fired every time. We should have very hard rules and regulation for that. Police is to be instructed for implementing the strict law if any case is comes to them.

Safeguarding girls in schools is a low hanging fruit in the direction of "Beti Bachao Beti Padhao'. We can achieve this by making tough rules to ensure safety of child, holding school responsible for the safety of child and tough penalties on violations, like suspending licenses (as proposed for traffic rule violators). Things will fall in place.

4th case of child molestation within 4 months in Bangalore schools. Please note it is not on deserted streets but school. This is one reason why girl child is killed in womb or not sent out to study if born, posing threat to theme of this page 'Beti bachao, beti padhao'.
