Begging is more prevalent at bus stands ,railway station , tourist places. Ban entry of beggars in to railway stations. Once you discourage the beggars ,the incidence of begging will drastically come down .then it will be easy to rehabilitate the really handicapped. Pass strict laws to punish those who force people for begging

Beggars are tarnishing the image of our country .Ban begging .In many places anti social elements are misusing beggars and are rung the show. I have always felt the counters at Railways, Banks, Post Offices have always been a place where people wait but are rarely informed to any news. These places can be used to issue pamplets or play videos on how beggary needs to behandled. Agencies phone numbers must be provided on these pamphlets when children and disabled/old and ill are found begging. Till no find public information is very rare and I feel this is a good place to start with information.

We need to identify the basic problem at hand. There are two types of beggars. Who are begging due to poverty and the ones who are forced to. Some groups across the country exploit many people by forcing them into begging and undermining their basic rights.A special division has to be formed at every district which regularly checks the beggars in the cities at least once in a week and bring them out of it. the rescued must be given a work probably under MNREGA to ensure that they dont beg agai

Nowadays beggars don't want to work as the feel that when they are getting money freely then why to work. They should be motivated to work so that they can increase their living standard instead of begging. They should be provided WORK which they can do being illiterate
