I am in SBI. I have seen there is very good finance scheme in our Bank for d upliftment of the manual scavengers but neither our management have any interest on such schemes nor do the RBI. So far I have seen the entire hierarchy in the Bank is engaged in earning incentives for themselves in the name of increasing income from businesses like cross-selling. No heed is given for financing of petty activities like Chai Shop, Pan shop, Sabji ka Thela, Hawkers of retail items to improve their living.

To eliminate this evil, we need a toll free number which any body can report the events on seeing immediately. It should be recorded and action should be taken with fine or punishment like one day or week in cell or community services by persons who involve others in manual scavenging. Open new large scale factories in each states to manufacture all latest equipment's which can be produce at very low cost and offered as free to existing sweeping groups and encourage local people to donate them.

There will be 9 teams for Swachchha Bharat consisting of people in chain created by 9 nominees by PM.Each nominee(Captain) will ask their teammates(people in their chain) to spare one hour a week for cleanliness and send report card to their Captain.they may send pictures before and after and create internal watchdog teams who will watch those area cleaned by them for sustenance.Every captain has a potential for success of this abhiyaan.Review progress every month, achieve result before TARGET.

This is an issue which involves enforcement. Unless a fine or punishments should be given for people who allow or ask others to do the manual scavenging it is difficult to stop this issue. Also we need to bring down the cost and technology for the equipment's which are used by developed nation to very low and make their availability in all local shops at dead cheap price, without taxes. Ask local colleges to produce these equipment as their project works and bring down the cost to lowest one.

Hon sir, many people from the beginning have tried to maintain or clean or took up many plans to have a better nation but it still remains the same. The main thing is according to my survey, trends nowadays become so rude that if we destroy or do harassment, anywhere we feel like we are something more respective than what we do good, all my nearby friends have the same idea of doing thing rude. So I think we should mentally be sound from home especially the parents to their young ones.

REVERED SIR; ALFALFA (CHARA) BEING GIVEN TO COWS ON THE ROAD BY THE RELIGIOUS PERSONS. AND THE ANIMALS MAKE THE MESS OF IT. 2 THE LOW CATEGORY MALE COWS SHOULD BE STERILISED/OPERATED UPON SO THAT THEY MAY NOT PRODUCE LOW QUALITY COWS. GOOD QUALITY OF COWS WILL GET RESPECT FROM THE OWNER.

1 REVERED SIR, THE DUNG (COWS PAT) OF THE COWS LIVING ON ROADS IS ONE OF THE CAUSES OF MESS. SIR TO DO BETTER FOR COWS IT IS SUGGESTED TO PURCHASE HIGH QUALITY OF MALE COWS SO THAT THEIR SCION (SANTAN) IS MORE MILK GIVING. THE MILK GIVING COWS ARE ONLY KEPT BY THE OWNERS OTHERWISE THEY LEAVE THE COWS ON THE ROAD TO DIE. SIR, TO DO BETTER FOR COWS THE GOVT MUST OPEN THEIR OWN GOSHALA AND KARNAL (HARYANA) LIKE RESEARCH CENTRES.

Hon Modiji, Everything is in the minds of people so we have to change the mindset. It requires certain degree of enforcement, from elaka to village to taluk and so on.Let the civic bodies with the help of authorized volunteers in uniforms and police, tackle this amiably initially and then enforce law to those who disembarks from the actual cause.Vehicles have to be kept clean, like in UAE,where unclean vehicle or vehicle running with dents on body invites fines.
