The infrastructure sector must incorporate new technology and the planning from the day one should bear in mind regarding the traffic flow for another coming fifty years ,so that no addition or alteration takes place creating problems for vehicular traffic except for any minor repair. The sight of works going on NH years together beyond the stipulated time with some design defects leading to black spots on roads must be avoided .Infrastructure providing facility should collect user charge

National Building Code should provision for future needs & initiatives; as also public procurement policies. e.g. High voltage electric supply for parking lots, so they can setup L4 chargers once electric vehicles are popular. Floor & basement entrance few meters above sea level for coastal buildings, in anticipation of the global sea level rise & stronger tides. Public transport buses/rail wagons with charging USB seat ports, and electronic displays for advertising (to defray costs)
