The budget formulation stage takes place mostly within the executive. It usually involves departments submitting budget proposals to a central budget authority, such as a Ministry of Finance or Treasury, to come to an agreement within the executive on how available funds for the upcoming year (and sometimes beyond) should be allocated. The role of legislatures tends to be minimal at this stage. Some receive briefings on how the drafting process is developing and on central issues that have emerg

Govt should take decision on EPF retired employee agitation carried out by sr ctzn fod their rights. where govt pay pension to common man 3000 monthly. then why not to the employee served 35-40 years for nation, & family pension is paid 500 to1000 out of their money well deducted & having sufficient funds. Pension to politician of 5 days or 5 yrs tenure paid full for life time is a burden to nation of non employees. it will save money for development of country. Without staff govt can not rule.

In continuation to my previous suggestion, New infra projects should not become a burden to the citizens, like from unnecessary cutting of trees, Not barricading the construction site properly, pollution, dust, traffic jams in urban areas to heavy toll prices, long term duration of toll collection and so on. Measures should be taken to see that the infra projects are implemented conveniently, neatly without burdening the citizens.

There are Laws towards requirements of food, shelter and clothing for each being, &creature- via Audits, plans and resource-allocation can be accordingly done- this ensures that Industries are not over-using resources to cater to inessential demands and causing environmental challenges that lead to ill-health/lack of sustainable development.

In continuation to my previous suggestion, Timeline should be allotted and followed strictly while doing infra projects. Also, while opting for new infra projects like ( bullet train) choice should be made by considering the trend, cost, accountability for near future, side effects and other all kinds of related analysis and statistics. It has to be cross checkedt that whether the infra that has been implemented is eco-friendly, of renewables, provides sustainable growth & long term durability.
