Govt should develop infrastructure to keep in mind the need of next 20 years in which no road will less 40 m in width and throughout metro connectivity and major industrial units are well surrounded by residential units specifically reserved for worker working in that industry and maintenance of these units can be handed over to that industry it will not only save money time but also provide good environment for working

75 years wasted, population grown 5x and all simple tasks become herculean ? Like Dubai , or elsewhere, build cities first at empty places, move people around and then develop ! can u do it beginning tughlaq collegium with President & law ministries across country shifted to Naxalites areas , jungles mines. No A/C , No power very little transportation ! & then develop skyscrapers at those places . Include casinos, pickupjoints weeds , b/wood items 4 them to do gandy marji gandy rule 4 life

R/sir, State electricity regulatory commission allows wheeling charges on electricity procured from IPPs/state units. It is assessed to be 10 to 25% of tariff rate. Indirectly this is additional revenue on infrastructure & also to compensate losses. As such this charge must be capped to 8% of tariff, so that inefficiency in system will reduce. 2) In earlier message, infrastructure cess on petrol/diesel is ₹18/liter. Cess calculation is correct as ₹ 2.16 lacs crores.

R/sir, Hon minister said that if people wants good roads, they have to pay toll tax. Sir, govt is collecting road cess on petrol/diesel @ ₹28/liter. This will workout to be ₹2.16 lacs crores per year for road development. As such no toll tax is to be collected in future as money is already collected from all users, including mass transport vehicles thru cess. 2) For port, Airport development, cess may be charged on import/export and tickets sold to passengers.

Dear PM, it is my suggestion to you that privatisation of valuable PSEs should not be done during recession tims, as the valuation will be quite lower than normal times. For instance we purchase gold when its price is low and sell when its price is high in the market.
