Maternity leave should not be given for more than one child. Child care leave should be abolished. Are a few thousands women in central services more precious than 63 crores of poor rural women?

Tax exemption for women should not be given. Do the women officers not take bribe when in power? They are also corrupt. Corruption does not have gender bias. Govt should treat all equally.

Government giving tax exemption to retired persons is not justified. Persons who have retired have also taken bribe during service period. why should they get tax benefit?

It is a sorry state when govt employees get huge salary and other benefits. They also (not all) take bribe to do their duty free of charge. They should be restrained from doing so. Their salary should not be increased more than 5% in every 10 years. Employees first or citizens first must be decided by Government.

If 80% of budget is spent of salary, pension, TA, LTC and medical bill reimbursement of govt employee, very less amount is left for development. How can our surroundings improve with so less allotment?

Sixth pay commission was a curse on our economy. So mush hike in central services compelled states to hike salary.Every thing was spent on salary, and nothing left for poor people. This must be reversed.

sixth pay commission was a blunder by the Union government.Salary of central employees was enhanced disproportionately high. Now it must be readjusted by scrapping 7th pay commission.
