Need ot the century is access to clean drinking water. God has been kind to our country and is blessed with sufficient rainfall yet we do not have infrastructure fo store the water. While one part of the country is facing flood other part is facing famine. Centre should aquire land in all states which should be used to build water ways within the state so that all districts are provided water connectivity. This can be done in parallel atleast to begin with in BJP ruled states. All major rivers to be nationalized as a first step to prevent fight among states. Already we are witnessing the same.

much money is spent\wasted as salary to non working inefficient ,or worse still corrupt employees.Make a rule that any employee can be removed without giving any reasons.decision of reporting officer and reviewing officer should be binding and final giving no scope for courts .A simple notice of as many months as the years of service subject to a maximum of 12 months is enough.Efficiency will increase ,corruption decrease creating immense fiscal space for development

Reduce Pension expenditure by making mandatory induction of Ex-Servicemen at suitable levels in State Police Force and other uniformed Services as first option for filling up the vacant posts beyond which they can do their own recruitments. This will also give State Police a well-trained and disciplined work force.
