Biggest Curse for an Individual: It is not less money.....it is having no work to do (unemployment). Fill all post lying vacant and reduce salary structure to accommodate more people in nation development. Big salaries don't bring development but getting more people to do the work will help in speedy development. Big salaries only help foreign companies in buying their costly products and increase imports and other problems. Lets think for the weakest and needy.

First requirement for development is manpower. We are blessed with huge manpower. More people are required in Research, Police, Judges, etc....but the post are lying vacant as govt.have less money for salaries and this effects development. Answer to the problem: Whatever manpower is required for speedy development should be put on job and money that the govt. can spend on salaries should be distributed. This may lower the salaries given presently. Seize annual increase of DA and recruit people

To improve work culture among Government Organization in India, DRESS CODE is must for each and every Government Servant. Secondly Biometrics Attendance System is must to watch the GOVERNMENT SERVANTS. Some Government Servants Coming Late to their office and some are punctual but some persons not found in their Proper WORK PLACE. Officers are not distributing equal work to all the employees. Govt make a program to create financial structure for proper expenditure. In large deptt many expenditure are useless, make govt supply for this. Deptt expend their many on paper not in physical so this type of expenditure control. The deptt requirement complete by single window system one deptt purchase and supply to all deptt and make liability of this supply deptt. Make online system of it so useless expenditure can be control. All physical assets monitor two time in a year.

Should India build strategic OIL reserves at current market levels? Given India's dependence on OIL it may be worth buildng some of the reserves in OIL.

GST could be used as an instrument for gradual reduction of income tax. After introduction of GST, the income tax should be gradually phased out. The loss of revenue from income tax will be compensated many fold by a phase wise appropriate and feasible pragmatic increase in GST. Absence of income tax will discourage black money and ensure the widest possible tax net encompassing all citizens to pay taxes as per their purchasing power.

It is found that the salaried people pay max tax as other try not to pay tax hence there must be no minimum limit for tax non payment like there person having income less than 180000 need not pay tax,my suggestion is that everyone should pay tax even his income is re 1 he must pay 10 paise tax but as govt needs investment hence if the person invest up to 3 lac need not pay tax so it makes everyone responsible. Also all pan should be merged with adhar . all institution need single regi authority

Every Bank is owning operating ATM machines. Instead it should be out sourced where separate companies like ATM machine manufacturer operate with access to all bank accounts. There can be separate poll account in which all the participatory banks contribute and keep replacing according to the drawl by their customers. If necessary RBI can monitor the same.

to reduce black money, reduce tax gradually to `a level where every one is encouraged to pay tax. If there is at-least 95% compliance, even a flat 5% tax may give our govt almost the same revenue. Also, introduce IT on agri_income, from those owning land above a certain limit, say 10 acres. This will drive the country to the path of development, as crores of black money lying as dead capital will be put to productive use after paying the reasonable tax.

DEAR SIR WE HAVE STARTED A GOOD AND HELPFUL SCHEME FOR POOR PEOPLE BY "FOOD SECURITY BILL" BUT SIR THERE IS SOME PROBLEMS IN GROUND LEVEL TO REACH THAT SERVICE TO ACCURATE PERSON WHO HAS DEFINITELY NEED OF THAT FOOD. THERE IS NEED IMPLEMENT SOME STEPS FOR PROPER DISTRIBUTION OF FOOD (Rice,Wheat ) IN THE RATION SHOP. Some suggestions I have 1. If we make awareness by TV and News Paper. 2. If we make compulsory to write available stock in Ration shop with current Prices,at outside of shop
