Mahesh S Patil, CSE, BVBCET each public buildings like commercial complexes, malls, theatre, mantap, hospitals must be given the responsibility of maintaining cleanliness in their buildings and roads besides them. we can give them tax concession or some reward if they do so. else penalize them

There must be continuous vigilance of all parts of Hubli Dharwad, as there are violations like occupying Govt/Corporation land, unauthorised construction, etc. No doubt such official wing may exist but they are not made accountable. Please look into whether they can be made accountable. Also any actions by Hubli Dharwad corporation must be made avaliable on net immediately for transparency.

Mahesh S Patil, Ast.proff, CSE, BVBCET i see roads being constructed without taking care of drainage system and electrical infrastructure. its same with others, i.e drainage system constructions by damaging the roads. they are never repaired. the govering bodies are separate and they dnt have mutual understading and cooperation. so such departments should unified under one governing body and plan the roads, drainage system, water supply and electricity for smart city.
