I therefore propose a campaign in each of our 'Smart' Cities to educate our citizens to become 'Smart'.

Sometimes it is observed in my city that political parties paint "Anti Government Slogans" on the wall of Garden , School , Public Authority Buildings , library , road facing walls and some times private property also etc.
Expenses of Painting of Public Building and Utility are apportioned from various type of taxes paid by citizen and No political party has right to waste public money. In view of SMART CITY New law should be made to prohibit such political painting on public wall.
