e-waste should be segregated and ,used for generation of plastics and from Hydro Carbon it should be processed so that it produces diesel/ petrol for local use . Plastic is the area can be recycled and used for artifacts and as an base materials in Canals as they are non permeable. Recycled e -waste can be used also as a coating over roads for better finishing and road banking like (a corner stone) purpose. Gardening blocks can be made from recycled plastics and they work fine .

We are a Small Scale Ferro Alloy producer at Goa and we have started manufacturing Construction Sand from our Slag which is approved for quality by Goa Engineering College and Civil-Aid Technoclinic which is a NABL Accredited Civil Raw material approval Lab.
Since the Sand extraction from river beds is banned by NGT, the sand produced from ferro alloy slag should be exempted from levy of excise duty to encourage the recycling of the industrial waste thus promoting Clean India Campaign.

There are some "Standard Operating Procedures" ie SOPs in defence (IAF) which need to be reviewed to save the undue EXPENSES and facilitate the effective working systems.

Understand the cause of its generation. Curb its expansion and then start recycling it through joint efforts of collection, segregation and refurbishment process. If additions to existing E-waste is not stopped, they recycling will not help.

India has a massive number of marginal/small&tribal farmers with micro land holdings. It is possible to render these farmers sustainable through the use of solarpower and microirrigation system. This will ensure drinking water and irrigation water on year round basis. However the existing subsidy scheme for micro irrigation must be suitably modified to facilitate small farmers adopting micro irrigation systm. It is suggested that small/marginal/tribal farmers may be covered through reputed NGOs
