This is how London maintains cleanliness by proper rules that govern the city filled witb tourists all year round. We can design a similar system in India to make cities in India tourist friendly. http://www.cityoflondon.gov.uk/services/environment-and-planning/waste-and-recycling/Pages/default.aspx

Why not redesign manual scavenging into an employment. One one hand we are running swachh Bharath, on the other people complain the lack of personnel in municipalities. Which unfortunately is people's perception of swachh Bharat, simply hire more number of sweepers. While this perception is wrong, I certainly think this can be taken advantage of and hire scavengers into local municipalities.

PART 2:- they were asked by media:- they replied politely that- "in japan we are taught from the very first time to do clean your thing like "your class in school, your table in restaurant, take garbage with you if u r in garden, your street etc. so we are habitual. we feel odd when we dont follow what have been doing since school time. it means atleast next generation can make it faster if our PM make a little effort. if our PM read this message including part 1,i hope he will surly concern it

PART 1:- MY IDEA:- MR. PM SHOULD TELL THROUGH RADIO (MAN KI BAAT) to the teacher of each school, teach children to use dustbin from the school time. I remember the time during fifa world cup 2014 at brazil, there was a match held in stadium and a group of Japanese fans came to watch match, when match was gone end and everyone was going out of stadium, that japanese group cleaned everything around them, surrounding like empty boxes of popcorn, papers of chips etc. they were...READ REST IN PART 2

the people of our country are not aware about importance of cleanness, i have seen many housewives throw garbage just ahead of their house similarly everyone does, they want to keep their home clean but not city, also local junk food seller (like a pani puri etc) along roadside, mostly they don't have dustbin if they do, people dont use them. i have also seen many literate people even they look reluctant to use them. there must be compulsion of having dustbin even at outside of every shop.

People are working on clean India concept. But they are confused, where should they throw garbage due to lack of dustbin. First PPP is required to plant dustbin in the country. With reference to this concept, Poeple should start this andolan from his house. This andolan can give big contribution to make our country as a developed country. Jai Hind.

Why not launch a mobile app like Project Vigeye asking citizens to upload pictures of manual scavenging in their areas and holding the District Magistrate concerned for this illegal act? See www.makemyindia.net We should have such applications launched immediately to bring to book all illegalities yo light by involving the citizens.

.... (CONT.) Industrial/ Medical/ sewage waste system has to be controlled by making strict adherence of rules without deviation than only construction waste and dairy waste along with encroachments to be monitored causing huge contribution in deshaping any city. In case of dairy every dairy if running in the city than it should be fined to the tune of rs 100/ per animal(cow/buffalo/etc.) per day, every day till they not shift to out side the city limits.
