Age limit should be increase for disabled people to appoint for all post in India. Because every disable people suffered with disability in Youth stage when become maturity and gain skills but going to service then age limit crossed with them. Therefore in view of UNCRPD treaty there is no boundary of age limit for jobs. Then equal opportunity will be maintained properly. (For example UK)

My brother is dyslexic and the there are no proper schools where dyslexic students can study. He is brilliant when it comes to oral however fails when he writes.. we showed teh certifictade to schools etc. however none agreed to conduct his exams verbally and in written exams he failed continuosly. He was then termitted from the school. Then we tried finding instituion where such children could practically learn something but that too are few & children there are either handicapped or mentally

Respected PM ji, one small suggestion. Parents of special children must be given different work culture. example: Work from home or 4/5 days a week work. We must facilitate spl children care center when parents of those children go for work. A group should be formed pachayat vise to bring all of these parents together to help each other.

There are many businesses which are struggling for candidates (ex. a cashier job in restuarants and retail shops) which can be done by the specially abled candidates but the businesses are not aware where to go and from where to recruit them. There has to be one body which acts like a employment exchange and directory of the same should be circulated to all small businesses so that they can meet their requirments through them.

There should be some Special provision for Thallasaemics also in Equal Employment Opportunities for the Specially-abled person
