Sir Being the mother of a child with genetic disorder(Downs Syndrome) I would like to bring to your notice that there are very few facilities available for such children starting from school admission in regular schools.I wish children with all disabilities are considered along with physical disabilities.Sir it is time India has a comprehensive policy on inclusive education in all schools with mandatory special educator,speech therapists and there should be transparent admission proceedures

During the Mann ki baat on Nov 2 nd,Modiji had spoken about scholarship for specially abled children to do technical education.My 13 year old son,Yacoob Jacob Joseph is a dyslexic(learning disability),who has difficulty in reading and writing so he has difficulty in attending regular school. We are concerned about his future and would like to know if he can be provided with a scholarship for technical education.Expecting your reply at the earliest.

Prime minister, Can we make a law making forming trust for special children easy . This is important because many parents have only child who is specially abled but can not take care of them in future. Govt can help these parent to guide with a sample trust to form which can take care of them in their absence. This should be made easy from income tax and other legal point of view. Thanks
