They are not disabled but Specially-abled. This mindset talks a lot. Proper planning is needed in micro level to assist them. Under this level, our participation to be characterized. A method to be adopted to link the volunteers for the work. I am in dark how to connect with the purpose. If have any idea, pl. share with us.

It is very necessary to give equal employment opportunities for the specialy abled persons. why they should suffer because of their physical diabilities if any? Isn't it the responsibility of the co workers as the company management to offer them equal job opportunities. Sympathy is not the thing the specially abled persons wants, rather they need equal job opportunities. In this connection there needs to e a change in the attitude. They are just like others nly. It is the duty of the management and the authorities concerned to not separate them from others.

A modest plea in the interest of Mankind : Resp PM Sir, There is maximum concentration of vehicular pollution on Indian roads. Tulsi plant is a very effective remedy against this. It converts toxic gases into Oxygen for 18 hrs a day. We suggest planting of Tulsi in large numbers on the road dividers n all squares in every city n village. Thanks.
