i think it should be started by us . if we speak about beggers insted of giving them money. we can make then do sum work and then give them money. its we who are making them lazy. not to work. and now this begging is so critical issue if we just give them a small amount they get aggressive. so according to me they should be employed wit small works this will lead to a good indian deciplain also . other wise we wil just go on the way and see that some beggers are haressing forigner for money.

specially abled should be employed for their special abilities rather than some how forced (enabled)to do what lots of normal people are waiting for an opportunity do .it will be surprising if fit persons are on the road begging and less fit ones such as blind occupy posts

To Stop Vehicles standing on Zebra Crossing,Cutting Signals,Driving in No Entry,Speaking on Mob. while driving,Spitting on Roads,throwing bottles,Waste Papers,Garbage on Road, Hon.PM Pl. declare- Anybody Jo Saccha Nagrik hai, he should take photo of such acts & send it to the Police, then Police will identify the person to take action. This declaration only will make 70% population straight, to straighten others everyone will come forward to take photos making the Bharat Clean and disciplined.

If private sector like KFC/lemon tree hotel etc are able to absorb Specially-abled in main stream operation why not Govt agency are not sensitive . First we have to start by giving infrastructure to our Specially-abled friends like user friendly building/Railway station/bus stands etc....

See differently abled person are not given jobs as per there qualification in government jobs .There is no benefit in discussion and action is. needed Modiji. Please ask all govt entities and organisation to publicise data of diffrently abled with qualification credintials then ask there concerned senior buurecrats reasons for anamolies, and this should be completed in two months .Then do the same for corporate sector, information coul be sought in any labour law related returns.
