Most employers think that people with disabilities can't work with vitality like normal people; however, this is not correct. With the help of present assisting technology, people with disabilities can, work with full potential and with total concentration,holiness and commitment. Creating awareness among people in all spheres to assure them to employ people with disabilities who meet their work requirements. Employer's should be encouraged to exhibit equal opportunities instead of sympathy.

Pl encourage Aajeevika ie National Rural Livelihood Mission be encouraged to come with a special scheme to support Livelihoods of person with disability in rural areas in convergence with MSj&E

Special recruitment drives need to be arranged for specially abled. Certain specific domains like lower division clerk,Stenographer(which can be satisfactorily handled by specially abled) can be entirely reserved for specially abled,which will help them gain self confidence,independence in terms of finance and livelihood.

आज कल सरकार लोगो में हूनर विकसित करने की कोशिस कर रही है ,बहुत ऐसे विकलांग है जिनके पास काबिलियत तो है पर उन्हें कोई दिशा देने वाले उपलब्ध नहीं है और वो छोटे शहरो या कस्बो में रहते है मै माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी से अनुरोध करूँगा की एक ऐसे संस्था को तैयार करे जो छोटे कस्बो के रहने वाले विकलांग लोगो की हूनर को पहचाने और उन्हें विकसित करे ताकि वो अपने जीवन को भी सुधर सके और देश के विकाश में भी भागीदार बन सके |

PLS ABOLISH CASTE-WISE RESERVATION SYSTEM. SPECIALLY ABLED, ARE IN ALL CASTES. PLS. TRY TO ENFORCE THIS IN PRIVATE SECTOR ALSO. " Cos INITIATIVES ON CSR SHOULD ALSO INCLUDE OPPORTUNITIES GIVEN TO THE SPECIALLY-ABLED ".

I think there should be no denying that handicapped is handicapped but if someone trying to give you a better name or trying to think for you, one should not have such attitude towards it. Be humble and appreciate what others want to do. Anyway I personally feel that govt should provide proper work facilities for such people. They should be given equal respect as we have while working in companies. Govt should come up with different job facilities for them. It will help them in their lives.
