I think the basic attitude of a common man attitude SHOULD change towards Special need (I won't use the word disabled) children/people. They should be treated fairly and with all equal rights that what a common man have. Government should first make make all information available online so people with special need can understand what rights they have. It is a shame that they have to look for information to know what the rights are. Shouldn't it be common for everyone?

Justice has been denied for the Thousands of innocent Sikhs Men , Women and children who were slaughtered in 1984 and all the culprates are enjoying and living free We all know that we wont get justice , but still giving it a try and putting this thought here as being a Indian citizen we have high hopes from Honorable PM Mr Narendra Modi Its high time to give justice to the community who has always been in front to sacrifice their lives for the country Thank You

The awarness programme for differently able people should be enforce properly. The Govt. various scheam for these people should be circulate in different mode so that its benefit well used by specially able people.
