For handicapped person goverment will make rule that they get seat by presenting thier I card in all sleeper ,bus,etc on spot so they cant get suffer,but only to handicapped person not to attendent ,showing I Card and by noting thier detail ,help them for investigation in case of security

A handicapped Person faces most difficulty with the government and government servants somehow behaves as if they (Handicapped persons) have looted some thing from them; but public in general is very helpful.

Kids with learning disabilities should be exempt from learning English and writing exams in English. Research has shown that languages like English are a burden on the brain for everyone and more so for learning disabled ones. Sanskrit is the most scientific language and good for kids with learning disabilities as stated in these articles - http://www.charityfocus.org/blog/upload/2008/Sanskrit.pdf. So kids should be taught in Indian languages and Indian scripts.

Government should start special Schemes for Specially abled persons. They should be encouraged to start their own ventures. Special Training, Easy Finance should be made available to them

If there is no Corruption in Government Jobs and they had to work honestly, 90% Employees will quit their jobs and nobody will Pay Bribe to secure a Job. Only Deserving Candidates will get jobs. Efficiency will also increase

Properties of all the Class -I officers and above alongwith their spouses should be evaluated and those having more than their known sources should be prosecuted or t least their properties should be confiscated and they should be dismissed from their jobs.

Reduce rates of Income Tax and Charges for registration of Property, but make the collections strict. If rates are genuine people will start paying willingly.

The attitudinal barrier among bureaucracy & UPSC should be tackled. Many disabled people (especially blinds) have cracked civil services but they are not given postings. They are fighting cases in courts. Those who get posting are given 'punishment' in difficult terrains like North East. Why cant we respect talent of the person. Its sad to see in below posts that people think we can only do minor things like selling rakhis, PCO etc. I am a doctor. Above I gave examples of IAS officers.

The mindset needs to be changed and people with disability should be considered as intellectual resource. I did MBBS and than MD and than got permanent faculty job in a government hospital. However, when I applied for the same post in UPSC, my application was rejected saying, "How can a disabled work in hospital'. Intervention of court allowed me to appear for interview. Same thing happened again in 2013 and again I was allowed on MOHFW intervention. Many disabled doctors cant even apply.
