Hon'ble prime minister I have Experienced the problem of Differently abled in Delhi That they are not Receiving their pension. I am also a handicapped person Please take action to solve this problem in east Delhi

i would like to draw the attention of all that towards the flaws in the current education system in india at primary level. firstly the policy of no detention till viii is really spoiling the future of children of our nation as when the children come in ix class they are just VII pass but not the knowledge of even class II. Specially in government schools. Instead detention policy should be introduced and those who are not meant for studies should be given some skill related (technical knowledge) and then they can contribute to the development of self and the nation as whole. secondly the evaluation process of conduction of exams at X level should be reintroduced. May be grading system can be introduced. But X class boards exams should be reintroduced.

Hon'ble Prime Minister, Respected Sir, I have experienced the problems of Differently Abled Children so called suffering from Learning Disability viz. Dislexia, Disgraphia, Discalculia. These children are mostly facing the problem of expressive language both verbal and written. Means they do not express their thoughts orally or in writing eventhough they have understood it. Hence they are unable to fit in the present system of teaching and examination in mass. These children have excellent talent in practical knowledge and skills. As they do not express properly in present examination method, they are not getting adequate marks and therefore facing problems in getting admission in subsequent courses and field of interest in jobs. As such they are called as Differently Abled Children, they have superior talent in their field of interest than other so called normal children. If these Differently Abled Children do not get the field of their interest for learning and thereafter job, they are found to be lacking and their life becomes a part of full of problems. In developed countries, the test IQ and Expressive Language are undertaken by the schools at the age of 4-8 years and continued every year up to age 10 years to find out their field of interest and their area of talent. There are so many personalities who were differently abled. As they get field of interest as per their differently abled talent, they become number one in their field. The examples are Albert Einstein, Nasir Husain, Brad Pit, Abhishek Bachchan, Bill Gates and so on….. I honestly request you to take up the issue of these children to help them in education, employment, social equality to include them for betterment of our Great Nation. JAI HIND.

also sir i was a victm of domestic violence and mental harsment i was a victm but now i dont want any more new swati being a victm so sir iwant to help the women by making them aware about there rights by edu. them .

DEAR PRIME MINISTER SIR GOOD MORNING, RESPONSIBILITY OF THE STUDENT Dear Sir, • In our country we have more than 18 Crore student ant time. • Every person in his life goes thru study if not 15 year than at least 5 years. • This is the time where you can mold him. I have few small suggestion please define the responsibility of the students 1. Please make every student has to take shapth every day with prayer, He must commit in the shapth following A. Bharat is my country. B. I will always serve my nation in any condition/situation. C. I will not spread garbage & dispose at right place only. D. I will not waste anything & use it to build the nation.. E. I will not provide any loss to national or private properties F. I will respect my parent, Grandparent, each ladies & girls. G. I will I will get up early in the morning. H. Every day I will spend 60 Minute for other with no bias. I. I will do exercise-30 to 60 minute every day. REGARDS VIJAY BHARDWAJ

DEAR PRIME MINISTER SIR, GOOD MORNING, NATIONAL CADET CORE (NCC) NCC can be a very big mechanism to build the nation, student in young age can get patriotic vibes in their blood which no one can erase/suppress/overcome In India it not as spread which it should be. We can get youth who will Patriotic, disciplined, strong, Honest .We have more than 15 Crore students & we have cadet around 25Lakhs only. NCC can make our county not only developed but great 1. These cadets can be made aware citizen who can keep vigil on the suspicious & illegal activity happening in their surroundings. They can make country more safe 2. NCC cadet can be extended arms of the National disaster management Group, local police & home Guard. 3. We must have NCC in all the School upto & above 10th standard (Metric Class) 4. NCC must start at 8th standard of school or age 13 year whichever is later 5. Sr most general next the Army chief head this NCC or retired Army chief can also be given this position. 6. Our ex-serviceman should be used to trained them .Even Soldier on vacation can be given chance to train the NCC in there native area & additional vacation be granted to their normal vacation 7. Every Tehsil level must have at least one Girl battalion (1000 cadets) & one Boy battalion (1000 cadets). 8. We must have at least one Battalion of NCC in almost all the Tehsil level (sub division) of India by 2020. 9. We must have one Battalion of girls & one battalion of Boys almost in all the tehsil of India by 2025 Please STRENGTHEN THE NCC STRENGTHEN THE INDIA Regards Vijay Bhardwaj
