I think equal employment opportunities are available now.But whether the right people get into these places should be enquired.More seats should be reserved for the disabled ,so that they can live their living without depending on others.

Employment is the matching of "skills of a person" with the "skills needed for doing a job". Majority of the Sp. Abled people are capable of doing some type of job if the family, community and society cooperate in helping develop the suitable skill and educate the sp-abled person to be able to do the job with training and supervision. All employers, small business and large corporations can encourage special efforts to employ local sp-abled people for suitable jobs and we can see the change !

Depends on the disability we can plan something. And pass different skills to get them working. Ex-like if the person cant walk he could do jobs which are done in sitting position.

Sir, at present diagnosed and undiagnosed diabetic cases are on increase. At present tree is no cure, it is just long term medications to contain blood sugar. As a nation huge amount would be spent on such patients, Preventive startegies ought to be in place.. There ought to be regular physical training sessions in schools, govt offices, corporate offices and private sector establishments. Ads on fast foods and beverages should be banned. Walking / jogging tracks should be organised

Sir, On one hand we are emphasising for Swach Bharat and on the other hand we are encouraging consumption of Pan Masala/chewing tobacco by people through levy of Central Excise duty under the Panmasala Packing Machines(Capacity Determination & Collection of Duty)Rules,2008 & Chewing Tobacco and unmanufactured Tobacco Packing Machines(Capacity Determination & Collection of Duty)Rules,2010. Govt. should take necessary steps to make people healthy and our India clean. Thanks.

Sir, I thanks for your dynamic efforts to make Our Bharat a No.1 country in the world. A few suggestions came to my mind w.r.t job creation for the unemployed i.e. by opening train ticket counters under the Jan Sadharan Ticket Booking scheme (once assured by East Coast Railways, Khurda Division, Odisha to mevide letter No.SDCM/PG/40/11/CCM/3269 dt.08.09.2011). It will provide employment to the unemployed, stop ticketless travel, earn more income to Railways. simultaneously with less manpower
