Mr. Modi please make mandatory for private cos to employ the disabled according to their qualification & esperience. They canuse 0.8 to 1% of the CSR amount for this. They can contact NGO to provide the skilled emplloyees. Please make this rule fast as many disabled are capable of getting such jobs.

Even with a engineerng education & 20years esperience I am not able to get a new job in private company because of my visual impairement. If in CSR it is mandatory to give job by private cos then only private cos will give job to disabled. Some private cos said employing disabled is not mandatory in CSR! So req. Mr. Modi to make 1% of CSR for providing job for disabled. At present only 0.2% jobs are only given by private cos.

to raise funds ..voluntary disclosure scheme may be introduced. black money need be put to developmental activities. unemployed may be asked to fine anyone throwing waste material here and there by taking pics/videos. without penalty cleanliness can not be ensured.
