Dear Modisaaheb, Pranam. Heard your pain about Specially Abled. As a part of my co.CSR initiative,We were trained for "Buddy" Program on how abled employees should be trained to facilitate a new disabled employee. They need rehabilitation and not just sympathy. As per the trainer, Netherland has one of the best institute & infrastructure for disabled. They have a city Swala run by Deaf & restaurant by blind. Corporate involvement is very imp. Saffola and UPS have demonstrated gr8 work

For the betterment of Hearing Impairment (HI)-Communication issues, due to HI,has been one of major obstacle. The attitudes of people, society need to have awareness of how to communicate to them & more importantly involve them. The Doctors, Hospitals, Lawyers, Police, Public Utility, State/central Govt offices etc need to be trained and sensitized on how to interact with people like us.Public & Disabled people will become more integrated, more at ease to move together towards Better Life in India

Sir, I wanted to post my views on " Education to Support Special Needs' but could not post it at relevant page. My views in 2 parts are enclosed. All those, who could not complete their formal education, need to be covered under special needs. Music education to specially abled can for sure help. Let us promote music under Bhav Sangeet.

(Contd.) There are many jobs which can be done well by specially abled persons than others. We should create those suitable jobs more for them. We should not create quota for them everywhere. e.g if we employ a specially fabled in military he will not succeed and outcome of the job will be spoiled. We should create a favorable environment that will help them to develop their special skills that can be used to perform a particular job. Creating their skill based jobs are the responsibility of gov
