Though the Hon'ble SC has recently passed severe strictures against it, but again by inventing a novel method it has again gone to the SC for harming the interests of the disabled employees. Kindly ensure true implementation of the judgment and orders of the SC and Bombay HC for providing reservation in promotions in AIS and other Gp A,B,C,D posts.

My cousin who cannot hear since birth has done B com. and is unemployed. He is not able to get job because he is not able to understand the subject and hence could not qualify any exam. His computers is very good. He can work on photoshop and has interest in photography. So, government must categorize the specially abled in different categories and according to this classification work must be allocated to them. Its been three years ago when he completed his graduation and is unemployed.

Supreme Court order must be implemente with respect to higher officer recruitment so that special abled person take part policy making and implement them properly.

I work as an Employment Counsellor for the differently abled persons (locomotor group)with special interest towards persons with spinal cord injuries.I have helped many to join skills development courses, placed several persons in jobs and became instrumental in counselling/motivating school drop-outs to return to school programs. Hurdles faced are lack of job openings, non-enforcement of 3% vacancies, no incentives for employers, non existent of disabled-friendly homes,no wheel trans for access

Empower teachers with more benefits who are working for specially abled students Have them benefit like central government staff and continuity of service with p.f and retirement benefit so more talent join and take interest for specially abled

Recently I saw a specially abled beggar sitting on a side of a road with a news paper with SUDOKU puzzle along with one pen and pencil. I also checked the entries made by him was 100% correct, which made me thoughtful. If I could do something for him, I even could not say a Hi, because I was in a hurry to my office. But I felt great to seeing his work.
