Recently there was a verdict of Supreme Court favoring Specially Abled persons to ensure the 3 % job as per exisiting PWD act 1995 but still it is only on papers and govt should react seriously so as to compliance recent SC's decision otherwise make some strong initiative to provide the work to education and skilled specially- abled persons in India. this is highly needed to provide gainful employment to needy persons asap and also i would suggest to close all the special employment exchanges.

I personally feel lot of funds allocated for physically challenged people are being misused and the not being used in the right direction. Lot of importance and encouragement should be given for educating them and giving scholarships irrespective of their social status. Am a polio affected person with both the lower limbs malfunctioning and my parents have given me lot of encouragement in educating me, today am working as a software engineer in Singapore. Education can overcome any hurdles

in my view the specially abled persons should also be given equal chance of oppourtunity as given to normal person even how he/she is intelligent but due to their disability they are not given any job due to which they commit suicide and end their life. in my view they should be given equal employment chance as given to normal person.......... so that they don't feel that they are not having any disability and can work with a normal person.................................

In view view adoption of villages should be extended to public listed companies as a part of CSR activity. There should be sebi gudiline that each company has to adopt atleast 20,10 or 5 villages as a part of CSR depending upon whether the company is large cap, midcap or small cap. The pool of villages should be the most backword 1 lacs villages identified by government based on data. Government should extend tax benefit to these expenditure. This will create win win situation forcorporate&gov

Interest Rates: The Banks recently have reduced the interest rates on Fixed Deposits. When there is a rise in the wages and retirement benefits for the employees of Govt and other sectors, there is no such benefit for Senior Citizens of unorganised Sector and Retired Professionals who save funds and place in the money in Fixed deposits to serve them in their old age. The increase in the interest rates on FD should be considerably increased to the senior citizen at par with the salary increases

Sensex: I wonder how the authorities publish the Sensex figures. There is no appreciable growth in the manufacturing sector nor any major development activity through out the previous years. To say that the Sensex has rebound is without any justification. The authorities and the stock exchange people should publish the figures justifying the rise. RBI should have monitored these figures which in my view is the play of the Corporate Sector.

Public Sector Banks: To optimise the efficiency and profits, the Banks should work 24x7 in shifts. The housing loans should be restricted to the deserved and for One Bed roomed flat/house.There should be wage freeze for about 10 years and ban on strike by Officers/Staff on one pretext or other. There should not be any take over the accounts from another Bank without any valid reason. The nationalised Banks should be merged to form at most 4/5 units. The SBI affiliates should be merged

Huge challenges lie in employment of visually challenged, they should be provided employment in call centres where they are made to answer queries repitatively, they would make fantastic listeners and tellers
