Disciplinary action to be taken, if licenses are granted without inspection that the same have been properly implemented as per the design. Any variance from the same would attract suspension of the officer involved which would ensure that the related rules have been implemented sincerely. Also child safety has to be made a rule in public spaces.

On every public transport vehicle like Bus, Trains, Metros, monorails there should be a reservation of spaces, compartments for the differently-abled. Moreover there should be a security guard posted in that compartment to ensure that the same is not misused by the normal public and the guard with a helper will always be available at the compartment door to help out the blind, wheel chair travellers. On buses also there should be 2 spaces ( with no seats,only spaces reserved for wheel chairs)

This important subject to be incorporated in the Architecture and interior design syllabus wherein an separate paper in the exam only on differently-abled problems and effective designs and incorporation of them in the every design they implement in their career will help the cause. Moreover I would like to emphasize that Child-safe also be included in the same curriculum to ensure that all designs of public and private spaces are child-safe too, to avoid avoidable accidents involving children

I believe that the first step of helping the differently-abled is to accept their presence in the society and make every effort to consider and make them feel Equal. To do this the public spaces have to be made differently-abled friendly. For eg. the Railway stations, Airports, Bus Stations, Offices, Residential buildings , parks , malls, super markets have to be wheel chair accessible and braille implementation all over. No licenses to be given to any new construction till included in design
