We have to have first the numbers and type of disabilities, then we shall look for how physical support can be provided to specially abled, like artificial limbs, ear machines, etc. a registration for employment. There shall be few reservations for Specially abled in specific type of job and economic and capacity building support to people who wish to start their own occupations.
