sir are looking in to kpo and bpo multinational company exploit our indian emplyee? at the time of joining they tell only 9 hour duty need to perform but after joining they force to do 17 to 18 hour service time, no over time, no night allowance, no increaments, no promotions, and we are not able to resign job. because they made policy like we need to give 3 month notice before leaving and other company not ready to wait till 3 month, SO ITS LIKE GULAAMI IN INDIA......

We should provide reservations in jobs and colleges for the specially abled and the poor. Not for the SCs and STs who have started exploiting these reservations. Now that the SCs and STs are equal to us, we should consider them to be equal and not waste reservation on the ignorant SCs and STs.
