India and Indians have always approached the specially abled as 'Bechare' or 'Poor things' - Specially abled people have always been judged by their looks and not what other qualities they have. One of the major clean ups that needs to be done is to provide a transport policy that treats the issuance of driving Licences to the differently abled better. The world is now approaching self driven cars while India hands out licences for 'Invalid Carriages' - This is unacceptable!!

my parents are deaf and dumb.I am a single daughter.my father was peon.My relatives are highly educated and my parents are not.They are neglected by their own parents just because they are not able to do their normal work.If we really want that they should do well, we should start from home.Just giving some seats in school or jobs will not help.They need training in any professional work which they can do well.They don't need help.They want their right.So I request don't neglect them.

We can make it mandatory for schools to take the children visit specially abled homes or centers in the state so that the young minds get exposure of the life of the specially abled kids or adults, make them understand how they can help them and spend time with them. This process will or may initiate a change in the child's thinking process and enhance their behavioral skills

Respected PM , I request you to order all the NGO , Ashrams and social workers to provide shelter to poor people in winter season, all the Ahrams have Acres of land but poor peoples are dying on road due to cold , these ashrams should be Directly responsible for this. These NGO'S , Asrams , Dhramsala/s are working as Business houses , Govt. can compell him to provide shelter and blankets in the winter .

Few points should be noted:- 1. Assessing present capability though physiotherapist, occupation therapist and Psychologist. 2. Through Therapy increase the employment capability 3. After that Vocational rehabilitation starting Vocational training 4. To continue job effectively making the provision for periodical physical therapy, occupational therapy and psychological assessment. Do not show sympathy instead providing justice which they deserve is important.

We can help the specially abled youth by providing jobs where they can self sustain themselves (depending on their disability levels). Thus can stop them from thinking that they are a burden to their family. We can make it mandatory in schools to conduct classes held exclusively for the special abled children during weekends at nominal price. This will enhance the opportunities for the job less teachers who specialize in handling kids who need extra care and thus special kids get school exposure

माननीय नरेंद्र मोदी जी ,निराश्रित विकलांगों के लिए हर राज्य में पुनर्वास गृह ,और वृद्ध आश्रम की भांति विकलांग आश्रम खोले जाएँ ताकि जिस विकलांग वयक्ति का दुनिया में कोई नही उसकी भी की देखभाल हो सके/ 3 -सरकारी भर्ती में रिक्त आरक्षित विकलांग कोटे 3 % की स्पेशल भर्ती निकली जाये और सभी राज्यों को निर्देश दिए जाएँ ,घोसणा के ६ महीने के भीतर नियुक्तियां दी जाएँ ,26 जनवरी के भासण में इसकी घोषणा की जाये।

माननीय नरेंद्र मोदी जी ,विकलांग व्यक्तिओं का इलाज़ निशुल्क (राष्ट्रीय स्वास्थ्य बीमा योजना ) के अंतर्गत किया जाये ,चूँकि 800 रूपये मात्र पेंशन से सड़क पर रेंग कर चलने वाला विकलांग 2 वक़्त की रोटी भी नही खा सकता अगर उसे कोई तकलीफ होजाती है तो सरकारी अस्पतालों तक में पर्ची बनाने से लेकर सभी इलाज़ में पैसे मांगे जाते है जो निराश्रित विकलांगों के लिए सम्भव नही है ,जो की एक मानव अधिकार का हनन भी है ,आपसे अनुरोध है की विकलांग व्यक्तियों के निशुल्क इलाज़ के लिए कोई योजना लायी जाये /
