Major areas effecting a common man 1-Corruption - still nothing has changed on the ground 2. Adulteration - silent killer amounting to murder 3. Accessible and affordable health care - leading to indebtedness and death The Govt. should immediately come out with both short term and long term strategies to effectively address the above share with the public. Adulteration should invite life sentence and corruption termination of service and confiscation of asset and financial benefit

Honestly speaking in my a;lmost 30 years of employment with leading private limited comapnies from media as well as manufcturing sector I have hardly any memory of working with a colleague who happened to be differently abled. If at all they have an exceptional case such individuals will either be very close to some one important in the organisation or the head of the organisation has done it for corporate PR.

Reservation for differently able should be a compulsion to private firms also. So more and more handicaps will get jobs. In the new budget exemption under section 80 U must be increased. Handicaps should get all facilities which are given to senior citizens.

It should be mandatory for all the companies marketing in 'BHARAT', to give their product manuals written in HINDI also. This will not be a big task for them but doing so,we can we can empower our national language. If it is possible for them to print manuals in other foreign languages then why not HINDI also??

In addition to govt quota reserved for specially abled persons, the government should ear mark certain jobs where only specially abled persons are selected. For example jobs requiring only sitting work (railway/ bus enquiry or ticket booking) persons with disability in the lower limbs should be recruited.

Give special IT Training to Specially abled and include them in Government IT projects and also encourage corporates to hire them. IT is one of the field where they can get easy access and quick progress

Equal opportunity does not mean that we should think for subsidies or support. We can change through attitude also. Government can make compulsory to add one extra Rupee cost of each item, if it is directly sold by disabled person. It should be printed on each item as MRP for disabled person sale. Disabled persons will get job or they will start their small business, in both cases they will be benefited.
