we have since time immemorial seen that the differently abled though lack normality in one or few perspectives have exceptional capability in certain fields. it is the responsibility of the tutor to the differently abled to be able to recognize this special skill of the individual. the present schools for differently abled are most efficiently run by a few private organizations, but these orbs charge high fee. the govt should come up with PPP to foster development of this section.
