Roughly 1% of GDP is spent on higher education as against a target of 1.5%. In the recent years, the state share of expenditure on education has declined as compared to an increase in Central expenditure on education. How can we address the financial resource constraints in higher education?

Every students are provide every facitilies like books. extra actiities, vocational training camp. sarkar ko chahiye ki ye sari sahulat sirf sc bacho ko hi nai deni chahiye balki sabhi ko deni chahiye. kiyoki kuch general bache ye suvidha na milne ke kaaran age pad nai pate.isliye bacho ko scolarship bhi deni chahiye teacher ko bhi time to time training deni chahiye. sarkar har kisi bhi kaam main sirf sc,bc walo ko hi sahulat deti hai . rules baraber hone chahiye chahe vo marks ke ho chahe paise

There is no alternative to public financing of higher education in a country where percentage GDP spending on education is lower than 4%!! Around 6% is said to be the minimally desirable percentage.

Govt. should carry tests at Primary, middle, secondary and Sr. sec. level and screen students regularly. Brilliant students must be financed by govt. They may be asked to sign bonds promising working for nation for at least five years.
