Two key things for digital India. The speedy laying of OFC network in an integrated format with ability to deliver the services and early availability of whatever spectrum. Early and robust 3G network rollout is a must even if forced using BSNL. Unfortunately, DoT is understood to be busy in internal politics of grabbing the controls and secretary remaining busy trying to install a relative of Mr Ajit Singh (a UP leader and son of Chaudhary Charan Singh, our ex PM) as member Technologies in TC.

The first is to avoid corruption in all the governement organisations through Digital India Programme. So every process should undergo with online. CC Camera should be built in all the government organisations. Ofcourse in rural areas most of the people dont know about filing application in online. So government should hire skilled youths for helping rural people. Work should be completed within the date after filing application according to the seniority in filing application

Three child rape incidents with in three months in Bangalore. And those schools are international schools. Something is definitely wrong with the society in Bangalore. Apart from punishing the culprits, school management should be punished very strictly. Until then we should be ready to hear these kind of disturbing news very frequently.
